Our Japanese Maple Tree Guarantee
Pacific Coast Maples has a Satisfaction Guarantee on all of its trees. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Japanese maple tree please return it for a full refund. We also guarantee that all trees arrive healthy and undamaged.
If your tree is damaged during shipping we will send you a beautiful new replacement maple immediately. If your tree is not healthy upon arrival please do not unwrap it from its plastic covering. Instead, please poke a few small holes in the plastic, water it thoroughly and return it in its original box. Please do not return the tree until we give you your Return Identification Number (RIN #) that will need to be written on the outside of the box. Returns are not accepted for any reason without a Return Identification Number. The Return Identification Number will assist us in getting your monies returned to you in a prompt and courteous manner. We will credit your account for a full refund as soon as it arrives at our Japanese maple nursery. Unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable. The crediting process usually takes a few days before you will see it credited back to your account.
If your UPS package arrives damaged, please call us toll free immediately at 1-877-MAPLE07 or call the direct line 951-302-7558. Please be sure to save all the packaging materials for UPS or alternate delivery service to examine. This will assist Pacific Coast Maples in getting a full refund and we appreciate it.
